Our story
The idea of creating Supercycles took shape in spring 2025 during a discussion between three friends who were working together in a bicycle shop in Ixelles, known for its service and friendly atmosphere.
Giovanni, Jeremy and Tom quickly realized they wanted to work together again. Supercycles was born.
Giovanni
Active in the cycling industry since 2014, Giovanni has developed solid expertise in workshop services, sales, and store management. As a father of two, he uses a bike daily and has a strong understanding of the needs related to family bikes, cargo bikes, and longtails.
Jeremy
Working in the cycling industry since 2015, Jeremy has built extensive experience across workshop operations, sales, logistics, and store management. A keen recreational cyclist, he maintains a simple and practical view of cycling: a way to get around, explore, and enjoy everyday life.
Tom
Working in the cycling industry since 2018, Tom has gained experience in workshop services, sales, customer advice, and team management. Passionate about bicycle touring and bikepacking, he brings a practical perspective focused on real-world use, reliability, and self-sufficiency.
