How does it work at Supercycles?
- At Supercycles, you will find a fully equipped workshop run by professionals, where almost any type of repair can be carried out.
We place great importance on the quality of our work and the transparency of our pricing.
In our workshop, 3 scenarios are possible:
Maintenance
By appointment
Scheduled maintenance (check-up + adjustments). See pricing
Repair
By appointment
Specific issue (we fix the problem).
Diagnosis + approval · €75/hour + parts
Emergency repair
No appointment needed
Flat tire & simple adjustments

What is a maintenance ?
Maintenance is a preventive service: full check-up, adjustments, and safety inspection.
You book a time slot, and we reserve the necessary time to service your bike.
Service time starting from (excluding parts & consumables)
Regular bike : 1h : 75€
Electric bike (e-bike) : 1h30 : 112,50€
Folding bike : 1h30 : 112,50€
Cargo / longtail : 2h à 3h : 150 à 225€
What the service includes
Brake system maintenance (excluding disc replacement)
Cleaning/adjustment of the drivetrain
- Spoke tensioning and wheel truing
- System updates for e-bikes (Bosch/Shimano/DJI)
- Steering check
Frame wear inspection
Safety check
Consumables (always applicable)
Consumables (cleaning products, lubricants, etc.) are always charged at 2,50€ extra during a service.
What may be added (if necessary)
During the service, we may detect a worn part (chain, cassette, tire…).
In that case: no replacement will be carried out without your approval.
Parts: at official supplier price
Labor : 75€/h, depending on the actual time required
Transparency commitment
We provide you with an estimate before starting. If it needs to exceed it, we will contact you again.
What is a repair ?
A repair is not a maintenance: we only intervene on a specific issue.

What is an emergency repair ?
For small everyday repairs (e.g. flat tire, simple gear/brake adjustment), just drop by without an appointment.
We’ll help you as soon as possible depending on how busy we are.
If it’s not possible immediately, we will, where possible, offer you a quick time slot.
Pricing:
- Gear adjustment (indexing) : 18,75€
- Flat tire : inner tube replacement front/rear (derailleur) : 18,75€ + inner tube
Flat tire : rear inner tube replacement (Cargo / Longtail / Hub wheel) : 37,50€ + inner tube
For tubeless, the wheels must be left with us.
Tubeless : Preventive refill (sealant) : 18,75€ + sealant
If your bike has let you down, we won’t — contact us or stop by and we’ll do everything we can to help.
Important note :
We handle both mechanical and electric bikes. For reasons of safety, compatibility, the general condition of the bike, or availability of parts, we reserve the right to refuse certain interventions. E-bike updates and diagnostics are provided only for Bosch & Shimano systems.
