Our story
The idea to found Supercycles took shape in the spring of 2025, during a conversation between three friends who worked together in a bicycle shop in Ixelles, known for its service and cosy atmosphere.
Giovanni, Jeremy and Tom quickly realised they wanted to work together again. Supercycles was born.
John
Giovanni has been active in the cycling sector since 2014 and has built up strong expertise in workshop, sales, and shop management. As the father of two children, he uses a bike daily and is particularly familiar with the needs around family bikes, cargo bikes, and longtails.
Jeremy
Jeremy has been active in the cycling sector since 2015 and has built up extensive experience in workshop, sales and shop management. As a fan of recreational cycling trips, he takes a simple and practical approach to bicycles: a means of getting around, discovering new places and enjoying everyday life.
Tom
Tom has been working in the cycling industry since 2018, gaining experience in the workshop, sales, consulting, and team management. With a passion for bike touring and bikepacking, he brings a practical vision focused on daily use, reliability, and self-sufficiency.
