How does it work at Supercycles?
- At Supercycles, you'll find a fully equipped bicycle workshop in Alsemberg, on the border with Sint-Genesius-Rode, where almost every type of repair can be carried out.
- We place great importance on the quality of the work delivered and on transparent pricing.
In our workshop, there are 3 possible situations:

Planned maintenance (check + adjustments). View prices

What is maintenance?
Maintenance is a preventive service: full inspection, adjustments, and safety check.
You book a time slot and we will ensure sufficient time is allocated for your bike's maintenance.
Maintenance time (excluding parts & consumables)
- City bike 1u: €75
- Electric bicycle (e-bike) 1h30: €112.50
- Folding bicycle 1h30: €112.50
- Cargo / longtail: 2u to 3u: €150 to €225
What's included in the maintenance
- Brake system maintenance (excluding disc replacement)
- Cleaning/adjustment of the drive
- Tensioning of the spokes and truing of the wheel
- System updates for e-bikes (Bosch/Shimano/DJI)
- Steering control
- Frame wear inspection
- Safety check
Consumables (always applicable)
Consumables (cleaning products, lubricants, etc.) will always be charged extra to 2,50€ during maintenance.
What can be added (if necessary)
During maintenance, it may happen that we identify a worn part (chain, cassette, tyre...).
In that case: nothing will be replaced without your agreement.
- Parts: at official supplier price
- Work €75 each, depending on the time actually required
Transparency
We will provide a price estimate beforehand. If this needs to be exceeded, we will contact you again.
What is a repair?
A repair is not maintenance: we only intervene in the event of a specific problem.

What is a minor repair?
For small everyday repairs (e.g., puncture, simple adjustment of gears/brakes) you can call in without an appointment.

We will help you as soon as possible, depending on how busy it is.

If it is not possible immediately, we will, where possible, quickly propose a time slot.
Rates:
- Gear adjustment (indexing) 18,75€
- Flat tyre: replace inner tube front/rear (derailleur) 18,75€ Inner tube

Flat tyre: replace rear inner tube (Cargo / Longtail / Hub gear) 37,50€ Inner tube
For tubeless, the wheels must be left behind.
Tubeless: Preventative topping up (sealant): 18,75€ + liquid

Important note:
We work on both mechanical and electric bicycles. For reasons of safety, compatibility, the general condition of the bicycle or the availability of parts, we reserve the right to refuse certain interventions. Updates and diagnostics for e-bikes are exclusively carried out for Bosch and Shimano systems.
