Depending on how you use the website, we may process:

  • Forms (contact / sales appointment / workshop appointment): last name, first name, company, email address, phone number, and any information you provide in your message.

  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and log files related to access and security.

  • User account (WooCommerce, if you create an account): profile data linked to your account. Online payments are not enabled.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to and following up on your requests (contact, information, appointment requests) — legal basis: pre-contractual steps and/or legitimate interests.

  • Managing appointments (sales/workshop) via our tools — legal basis: pre-contractual steps / performance of a contract.

  • Website security (preventing abuse, protection, detecting suspicious activity) — legal basis: legitimate interests.

  • Analytics and marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok, Instagram) — legal basis: your consent, via the cookie banner, where required.

  • internally: the 3 managers of Supercycles SRL;

  • externally, where necessary:

    • Infomaniak (hosting);

    • Google Workspace (email and professional tools);

    • Cyclesoftware (ERP/management) and Google Meet (if used for an appointment);

    • All In One WP Security (AIOS) (website security);

    • WP Mail Logging (technical logging of emails sent from the website);

    • Google Analytics (audience measurement);

    • Google Ads / TikTok / Instagram (marketing/remarketing);

    • accountant, leasing/financing partners, and suppliers (only where necessary for after-sales service, ordering, or warranty matters).

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some service providers (in particular advertising/analytics services and certain Google services) may, depending on configuration, process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, such transfers are governed by mechanisms provided for under the GDPR (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above:

  • form submissions / appointments: for the time required to process and follow up;

  • account data (if created): while the account remains active, then deletion/archiving where necessary;

  • accounting data (where applicable): for the legally required periods;

  • technical and security logs: for a limited period necessary for security and diagnostics.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw your consent (for processing based on consent, in particular certain cookies).
