2. What personal data do we collect?

Depending on how you use the website, we may process the following data:

  • Form (Contact / Sales Appointment / Atelier Appointment): Surname, First Name, Company, Email Address, Telephone Number, and all information you enter in your message.

  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, log files (logs) related to access and security.

  • User account (WooCommerce, if you create an account): profile details linked to your account. Online payment is not activated.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to and following up on your requests (contact, information, appointment requests) — legal basis: pre-contractual measures and/or legitimate interest.

  • Managing appointments (sales/workshop) via our tools — legal basis: pre-contractual measures / performance of a contract.

  • Website security (preventing abuse, protection, detection of suspicious activity) — legal basis: legitimate interest.

  • Statistics and marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok, Instagram) — legal basis: your consent, via the cookie banner, when required.

Cookies and integrated services

The website uses cookies and similar technologies. You can manage your preferences via the cookie banner (Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA).
Certain integrated services may collect data (including Google Maps and Google reCAPTCHA v3), as well as statistics and marketing services, if you give your consent.

5. Recipients and processors (subcontractors)

Your data is only accessible to individuals who require it, namely:

  • the 3 managing directors of Supercycles SRL;

  • external, when necessary

    • Infomaniak (hosting);

    • Google Workspace (e-mail en professionele tools);

    • Cyclesoftware (ERP/management) and Google Meet (if used in the context of an appointment);

    • All In One WP Security (AIOS) (website security);

    • WP Mail Logging (technical logging of emails sent via the website);

    • Google Analytics (audience measurement);

    • Google Ads / TikTok / Instagram (marketing/remarketing);

    • accountant, leasing/finance partners and suppliers (only if necessary for after-sales service, order or warranty).

6. Transfer outside the EEA

Some service providers (in particular advertising/analytics services and certain Google services) may, depending on the configuration, process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is carried out according to the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

7. Retention Periods

We do not retain data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed:

  • applications via forms / appointments: as long as necessary for processing and follow-up;

  • Account details (if created): for as long as the account is active, then deletion/archiving as needed;

  • Accounting records (if applicable): for the statutory periods.;

  • Technical and security logs: for a limited period as required for security and diagnostics.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent (for processing based on consent, particularly certain cookies).

9. Changes

This privacy policy may be amended to reflect changes to the website, tools used, or legal obligations.
